Only Cabentry customers can use the support services. Cabentry customers can include cabinet manufacturers or cabinet dealers/designers. Please contact us if you have questions.
We are available for support from 8 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.
The average answer time from Cabentry support is 1 business day. However, in most cases, the support team responds within 1-2 hours.
No, we want to help you get the most out of Cabentry so we are happy to help you how we can.
It is up to the manufacturer to decide who does the training. Either way, if we can help you learn how to use the features in software better, we will absolutely do that.
We may, however, not be able to answer catalog related questions.
